About a year ago (spring 2008), Gregg announced that he thought his family would be going to Africa in 2009. They didn’t have any contacts, and he wasn’t sure how this would come about. Then last August they found themselves in a small country church in the middle of Kansas where Unfolding Drama was doing a four-day chronological presentation of the Bible. On the second day, Pastor Daniel Musau and his family walked into the church. After seeing the presentation he asked if Unfolding Drama would come to his predominately Kenyan church in Dallas, TX. This opportunity led them to not only minister to Kenyans in Dallas but also in Africa.
Pastor Daniel Musau introduced Gregg to some of his Kenyan friends, and doors have opened to minister directly with Kenyan churches and schools.
During their first one-week trip in April 2009, Gregg and Ben both preached sermons in churches, at a conference, and in a park. Gregg is now in Kenya this summer with his wife and three kids, along with Jeremy Pond, and Shannon Taylor.
Our desire and aim is to see the truth and power of the cross preached clearly in East Africa and to raise up a generation of disciples rooted in Christ. At this point our ministry has many different opportunities. Check out our news updates for more details.
